YOUNG, EUNICE JEAN
(1935 - 2015)
EMERSON, NB - Eunice Jean Young, a long-time resident of Emerson passed on Monday the 18th of May at home with her loving family by her side. Born in Brown's Yard, she was the daughter of the late Eldon and Lillian Flanagan.
Eunice enjoyed the simple pleasures in life cooking and spending time with family and friends. She was a strong woman that had a smile that gave comfort and could light up a room.
Survived by her loving husband Frederick Young of 62 years and three children, Roger Young, Bonnie Cudmore (Ronald), Cathy Roberts (Louie); sister Rita Mitchell; 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her sister, Lena and three sons, Frederick, Gary and Brent.
Resting at Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on Friday from 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Brown's Yard.
Donations in Eunice's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
