The death occurred at the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax, NS, on Sunday, June 7, 2015, of Dennis Rathbone of Cole Harbour, NS, aged 60 years. Born in Sault Ste. Marie, ON, he was the son of the late Fredrick and Evelyn (Stone) Rathbone. Survived by his wife Mary Lynn (Fear) Rathbone; son Carl (Nicole MacLean); daughter Trina (Toby) Robbins; grandchildren Joseph, Samantha, Sarah, Kahlan, Gavin and Lucas; brothers Rodney (Marie), Norman (Marion); and by sisters Debbie (Raymond) Poulet, and April. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, until Saturday, then to St. Paul’s Church, Summerside, where funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Interment in St. Paul’s Cemetery, Summerside. No visiting hours by personal request. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
