It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert Allen Spriggs (Bob) on Sunday, June 14, 2015 at the age of 70 years. He had been hospitalized briefly and passed away after major cardiac surgery. Bob was predeceased by his father Ted; mother Marguerite; and infant son Jason. He is survived by and will be sadly missed by his best friend and wife Shannon; sister Pat (Slaw); brother Paul (Joanne); children Todd (Dawn) and Kobie; grandchildren Meighan, Raelyne and Brooklyne; as well as nieces and nephews. Bob was born and raised on Algoma Avenue in Moose Jaw, he attended King George School and St. Louis College. He continued on to many and various careers. Bob moved to Regina in the early 1980ís. He touched so many lives in his work and sports interests. He will be fondly remembered for his kindness and good natured way of treating people. A sincere thank you must go out to the skilled, compassionate and kind staff at Regina General Hospital Unit 3F, Cardiac Surveillance Unit and Surgical Intensive Care Unit. They made a very difficult month much easier to endure for the family. In accordance with Bobís wishes there will be no formal funeral service. In lieu of flowers those wishing to pay their respects may leave a donation in memory of Bob to the Regina Humane Society, P.O. Box 3143, Regina, SK S4P 3G7.
