Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s on Tuesday, June 30, 2015, Shawn Matchem of Lethbridge, aged 50 years. Predeceased by sister Judy Matchem, grandparents Samuel and Phyllis Hancock; Willis and Veita Matchem; and cousin Veita Matchem. Left with fond and loving memories his father Alex Matchem and mother Louise Hancock; daughter Shawna Matchem (Brad); grandson Jake; sisters Sharlene Matchem, Kendra Matchem (Jamie) and Trinda Perry (Noah); brother Jason Matchem; brother-in-law Rod Wiseman; nieces and nephews Trent (Sherry), Kayla (Justin), Troy, Teeanna (Steve), Tori (Matt), Tinikka (Kenny); great nieces and nephews AJ, Peyton, Leah and Jaxon; many aunts, uncles and cousins and friends. Rested at Fewer’s Funeral Home, Lethbridge. Funeral service took place on Sunday, July 5, 2015 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Musgravetown.
