Major H. Fay Duke, promoted to glory on Tuesday, July 7th, 2015 at Freeport Health Centre in her 88th year.
Loving sister of the late Naomi, Dorothy, Alma, Jessie, Fern, Bill, Calvin and Arthur. Daughter of the late William and Minnie (nee Currie) Duke. Survived by her sister-in-law Edie. Aunt Fay is survived by many nieces, nephews and their families.
Fay was born in Little River, New Brunswick and served as a Salvation Army Officer for many years until her retirement.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Salvation Army Community Church (75 Tillsley Drive, Kitchener) at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467.
