Hélène Saulnier, 85, wife of late Arice Saulnier of Grand-Barachois, passed away on July 22nd, 2015 at the Villa Providence where she resided. Born on July 3rd 1930 in Boudreau Office, she was the daughter of the late Charles & Salomé (Belliveau) Léger.
She was a past employee with Paturel Seafoods for 35 years, past president and member of the Club d’âge d’Or of Grand-Barachois.
She Is survived by her sister Cécile Landry (Alcide) of Cap Pelé, a brother Roméo Léger (Evelyne) of Grand-Barachois, nieces and nephews: Charles, Florence, Edith, Donald, Phyllis, Denis, Joline and Mary.
She was predeceased by an infant brother, Roméo and a sister Alice Fraser.
The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street Shediac (532-3297) on Sunday July 26th, 2015 from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm only. The funeral mass will be held at St-Henri Roman Catholic Church, 1356 route 133, Grand-Barachois on Monday July 27 at 2pm. Interment will be in the parish cemetery.
