Ritchie O. Boyd, 82 years of age, of Amherst, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre.
Arrangements are under the direction and care of Furlong-Jones Funeral Home, 70 Church St., Amherst, NS. In keeping with Ritchie's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visiting hours.
Please join Ritchie's family for a celebration of his life on Saturday, August 15 from 1-3 p.m. at the Lion's Hall, 9 Electric St., Amherst, NS. Private interment to follow in Belmont.
