Passed peacefully away at Brookfield Hospital on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 Minnie Norris Vincent (nee Boland) age 87 years of Newtown. Predeceased by her parents Florence and Llewellyn Boland; husband Raymond; sisters Leah Norris and Ida Tucker; brothers Jerry Boland and Ellis Boland; brothers-in-law James Norris and Robert Janes. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her sons Thomas(Mildred) of Newtown and Jerry(Wanda) of Scarborough, ON.; daughters Roberta(Lorne) Bungay of Newtown, Norma King of Pound Cove and Judy(Carl) Hillier of Newtown; sister Shirley(John Kean) of Badger’s Quay; brother-in-law Ronald Tucker of Newtown; sisters-in-law Delilah Boland of St. John’s and Helen Boland of Ontario; grandchildren Tony(Doreen), Laurie(Dwayne), Robin, Justin, Juanita, Tracey(Oliver), Jamie, Lee-Ann(Jason) and Kristie(Ryan); great-grandchildren Jennifer, Jessica, Ryan(Sarah), Amy, Kyle, Alisha, Nikki, Jodi(Mitchell) and Amanda(Michael); great-great-grandchildren Jacey, Abel and Zoie; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Funeral service took place at Trinity United Church, Newtown on Sunday, August 23, 2015 with Rev. Desmond Jagger-Parsons officiating. Interment followed at The Trinity United Cemetery, Newtown. As an expression of sympathy donations in her memory may be made to The Memorial Building Fund, Trinity United Church, Newtown.
