It is with great sadness the family of Donald Moulton announces his passing at Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on August 20th at the age of 82 years of Winterland.
Leaving to mourn wife Belle; sons Terry (Joyce) and Dale (Sarah) both of Winterland; grandchildren Shelley (Ian), Deanna (Jordan) and Eva.
Predeceased by sister Melinda Marshall.
Don was born at Flat Islands to William and Bertha Moulton on January 22, 1933. When he was 7 years old and his sister, Melinda was 14, the family moved to Winterland where they were one of the first founding families.
In 1956, he married the love of his life, Belle Marshall. Over the years they were blessed with 2 sons, Terry and Dale and 3 granddaughters, Shelley, Deanna, and Eva Marie, who were the light of his life.
He was a man of many talents whether it was farming, hunting, carpentry or anything mechanical. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. Even after his retirement he played a major role in the family farm and was considered "THE BOSS".
Rev. Dr. Japhet Ndhlovu officiated Funeral Service from Grace United Church, Church, Winterland , Saturday, August 22nd, 2015 with interment following at United Cemetery, Winterland.
Pallbearers were Fred Collins, Randy Brenton, Fred Butler, Jim Farewell, Ambrose Peach, Chris Kenway.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, Burin. "WE CARE."
