The family of Agnes L. Ransome are saddened to announce her passing on Aug. 26, 2015 at the Lanark Lodge in Perth, Ont., at the age of 92 years.
She was predeceased by her parents, the late Michael and Elizabeth (MacKinnon) Ghaney; her husband, Charles Ransome (1995) and grandson, Grant Clarke (2010); three brothers and five sisters.
She leaves behind eight children, Phyllis (Aubrey), North Sydney, N.S., Ron (Kay) Blackrock, N.S., John (late Connie), Toronto, Ont., Michael (Fern) Cambridge, Ont., Margaret (Richard), Jasper, Ont., Wilena, Oakville, Ont., William (Margot), Cluculz Lake, B.C., Zita (Jamie), Belleville, Ont., 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. Agnes also leaves behind her two surviving siblings, Edward (Merle), Edmonton, Alta. and Phyllis, Duplain, Nfld.
A Celebration of Life was held on Aug. 29th at the Lanark Lodge, Perth, Ont.
