Formerly of Port Rexton, NL, passed peacefully away at Saint Luke's Homes on Sunday, August 30, 2015. Greta King aged 97 years. Greta moved to the United States when she was about nineteen years old, it was there she met her husband, Edward John King "Jack", who was formerly from White Point, NL. Predeceased by her husband: Edward John King "Jack"; parents: Colin and Minnie Butler and sisters: Emma Ash and Myrtle Fifield. Leaving to mourn her daughter: M. Elizabeth Hiscock (Ronald G. - deceased) of New Jersey, USA; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, as well as seven nieces and nephews. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Thursday, September 3, 2015 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm. Funeral service will follow visitation in Barrett's Chapel at 2 pm.
