OKILL, CHRISTINE NOËL
Remembering Christine Noël Okill who died on September 9, 2105, at the Doctor Everett Chalmers Hospital. Noël was born in Renfrew, Scotland, on December 25, 1924.
Noël was the much loved and respected matriarch of her family - Mum to Susan (Jack), Auntie Noë to Ian (John) and Fiona (Susan), Nana to Tamsen (Ben) and Adam (Audrée), Maxine and Carl (Lin), Nanagram to Lily and Finley, Enzo and her namesake, Noée, Ellee and Mason - and a great friend to many.

She was predeceased by her husband, Laurie, her son, Merrick, and her sister, Dorothy.
In her honour, a gathering was held for family and friends on Dave's Lane on Sunday, September 13. Noël would have been delighted with the occasion, the people, the memories, her beloved great-grandchildren playing together, and the icing on the cake - the bagpipe tribute.
