Passed away peacefully September 19 at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre in Charlottetown, PEI after a short battle with cancer. Peter raised three children Aric, Bryan, and Heidi in Stephenville, and later moved to Charlottetown, PEI. Peter was predeceased by his parents Madeline and Dr. Robert Betts and daughter Heidi.
