Suddenly at home on Sunday, September 27, 2015 of Irene Villard of Charlottetown.
Beloved wife of the late Reginald Villard and dear mother of Anne (Sterling) Thompson, Charles Villard, Linda (Ralph) Murray, Roy (Karen) Villard, and Rosemary (Lloyd) Bruce. Loving Grammie of Robbie, Paul, Lorianne, Shawn, Ryan, Angela, Jeffrey, Jaleesa, Charlene, Darryl, Robert, Bethany, Jamie, and Great-Grammie to several great-grandchildren. Sister of Gordie (Cecilia) Doiron. She was predeceased by her parents William and Cecilia (nee Peters) Doiron, daughters Helen and Darlene, brothers Charles, Alfred and Ronald in infancy, sisters Mary Arsenault, Dora Hudgin, Lillian MacDonald and Leona Ford.
Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Saturday morning, then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m.
