Wilfred Roy Pellerin age 79 of Amherst passed away on Friday, October 2nd, 2015 at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre in Upper Nappan.
Born in Amherst, he was a son of the late Henry Joseph and Elsie (Stokes) Pellerin.
Wilfred was employed at Bendix Modular Homes for many years.
He enjoyed puzzle books, bowling and spending time with his family.
Wilfred is survived by his wife the former, Phyllis St. Peter; children from first marriage, David, Johnny, Alfred, Allen, Peter, Cathy, and Karen; step children from second marriage; Jane, Stan, Diane, Donna, Margaret, and Rob; One son together, Paul; brother; Henry Jr. (Joan); 17 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and extended family.
In keeping with Wilfred’s wishes, cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Campbell’s Funeral Home, Amherst (902-667-9906).
A private graveside service will take place in the St. Charles-Nativity Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Wilfred’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetic Association.
