Laura Euphemia Phillips, 92, of Baddeck, N.S., passed away Oct. 12, 2015, at the Alderwood Rest Home.
Born in Belle Cote, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Annie Ingraham. She attended Greenwood United Church, Baddeck.
She is survived by sons, Allister, Bruce and Brian; one daughter, Mardy Weaver; sisters, Ella, Margaret, Alice and Della. Grandchildren, Byron, Wendell, Ralph, Shawn, Cranton, Kate and Mary. Great-grandchildren, Keagan, Carson and Elodie.
Beside her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Byron. Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 15, from 3-7 p.m. at MacAskill Funeral Home, Baddeck.
Funeral service will take place at 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 16, at Wilson United Church, Margaree Centre with Rev. Dale Crawford officiating.
Donations may be made to Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck, N.S., or the Alderwood Working Counsel.
