Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John's, Mrs. Lorraine M. Laracy of Cupids, aged 77 years. Predeceased by parents James and Florence Hall (nee-Snow), husband John "Jack" Laracy, son John, brothers: Walter Hall, Gerald (Iris) Hall, brother-in-law Bill Morrissey. Leaving to mourn are her daughters: Gail (Art) Fillier, Jacqueline (Wayne) Cummings, Annette (Kelly) Crossley, Sharon (Roy) Campbell, Noreen Laracy (Jerome Morrissey) and son Walter, sisters: Kay Morrissey, Florence (Steve) Hurley, brother Cal (Miep) Hall, sister-in-law Patricia Hall, 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandsons and special foster sisters: Debbie Boone, Peggy Mercer and Tina Mansfield And a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Moore's Funeral Home, Clarke's Beach with visitation on Saturday: 2 - 5 PM: 7 - 9 PM: 2 - 5 PM: 7 - 9 PM: Monday: 10 - 12 Noon. Funeral Service will take place on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 2:00 PM from St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Church, Brigus with interment to follow at St. Patrick's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brigus.
