LeBLANC, RITA
Rita LeBlanc of Domaine de la Vallée, Memramcook passed away at the CHU Dr. Georges L. Dumont Hospital on Friday, October 23, 2015 at the age of 93. Born in Memramcook on August 7, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Antoine Gaudet and the late Sarah Cormier.
She was a member of the Golden Age Club of Memramcook.
She will be sadly missed by her husband Alfred; one sister, Angeline (Euclide) LeBlanc of St-Joseph; two step-son, Doland (Jeannine) and Bernard (Marilyn); three step-grandchildren, Dawn, Daniel and Bobby; seven nieces, Lucille, Huberte, Jacqueline, Josette, Germaine, Charline and Janice and by two nephews, Francis and Raymond.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Hervé Leger (1962); two sisters, Germaine and Anne-Marie; five brothers, Thomas, Yvon, Raymond, Claude and Eugene and by one nephew of Georges.
Visitation will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 27 from 7 to 9 pm and on Wednesday, October 28 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Funeral mass will be held at Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 28 at 11:00 am. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery.
