McCASKILL, DANIEL
Mr. Daniel Gordon McCaskill of Smith Creek, passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on October 28, 2015 at the age of 76.

Born in Saint John on August 4, 1939, he was the son of the late James Donald McCaskill and Cecile Royer (Berrigan).

Daniel is survived by his wife Ellen (Baxter) McCaskill; his children: Blake Baisley of Quispamsis, Angela Peck (Jason) of Saint John and Krystal McCaskill of Saint John; his step-children: Angela Jesso (Chris Penny) of Musquash, Joe Jesso of Lepreau and Sue Ellen Dupuis of Saint John; his grandchildren: Jason (Lisa), Corey, Megan, Mandi, Joshua and Hannah; two great grandchildren: Ava Lynn and Aubrey; his brothers: Ray (Cathie) of Quispamsis and Kevin of Saint John; his sisters: Barbara Morrison (Jim) of Quispamsis, Claudette McCaskill of Saint John, Millie Mitchell of Saint John and his chosen sister Kathy Vautour (Kevin) of Saint John as well as by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.

Dan is predeceased by his brother Ralph (Butch) McCaskill passed away in 2012.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). Visitation will be held Sunday, November 1st from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Francis Xavier RC Church on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 11:00 am.
