It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sidney Shears announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick hospital on Saturday, October 31, 2015 at the age of 85 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his son Rendell (Tina) in Ontario, daughter Marie (Johnson) in Labrador City, three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral service will take place Friday, November 6, 2015 at 1 pm from St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church Jeffreys with inurnment to follow in church cemetery.
