SMITH, HENRY I.
(1937-2015)
REXTON, NB – Henry Smith, 78, of Rexton, passed away peacefully at the Rexton Lions Nursing Home on Thursday, November 5, 2015. Born in Pine Ridge, NB he was the son of the late Edward and Dorothy Smith. Before retiring, Henry was employed as a woodsman.
The last surviving member of his immediate family, Henry was a very kind man – a true gentleman who will be sadly missed by his dear friends Allen and Joyce Wood of East Branch and many nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Henry’s wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, November 8, 2015 at 4:00 pm, Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Richibucto.
Donations in Henry’s memory may be made to St. Andrew’s United Church or charity of the donor’s choice.
