The death occurred peacefully at Andrews of Summerside, on Friday, November 6, 2015, of Eva Murphy, of Summerside, aged 95 years. Born in Victoria West, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Lauretta (Yeo) Yeo. Survived by her children Royden (Florence), Summerside; Thomas, Margate; Waldo (Tina), North Reading, Mass.; Sandra (David) Howard, Margate; grandchildren Janice, Kirk, Cheryl, Kelly, Danielle, Ryan, Stephen, Dawn, Tammy and Shelby; 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson; numerous nieces, nephews and by special friend Valerie Buell. Predeceased by her husband Roy Murphy; daughters Trudy (Stan) Marshall and Janice, in infancy; brother Chester (Sadie) Yeo; sisters Ethel (Lester) MacKinnon, Daisy (Leaman) Moore and Thelma (Cecil) Noye; Roy’s brothers, sisters, their spouses; and by a special sister-in-law Peg Wilson. Resting at Moase Funeral Home, Summerside, where funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the Bideford United Church Cemetery. Visiting hours Monday from 5 - 8 p.m. Memorial donations to International Children’s Memorial Place would be appreciated.
