Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, November 14, 2015, Edna Trickett of Carbonear, age 79 years. Predeceased by husband: Thomas; parents: John and Mary Ellen Swain; brother: Fred; infant sister: Elva. Left to mourn, two sons: Barry (Evelyn) and Neil (Brenda), both of Carbonear; four grandchildren: Jennifer, Andrew, Brittany (Chris), David and Justin (Nicole); two great-grandchildren: Aidan and Cole; three brothers: Hector (Edna) Swain, Mount Pearl, Lloyd (Glenys) Swain and Thomas (Jean) Swain, both of Carbonear; sister-in-law: Evelyn Frampton, Ontario; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Rested at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear. Rev. Linda Pike conducted the funeral service on Tuesday, November 17 from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment took place in Bethany United Church Cemetery, Carbonear.
