MOLLINS, RICHARD G.
1943 - 2015
Richard Mollins, 72, of Moncton, NB; passed away after a 3 year battle with cancer at The Moncton Hospital, on Saturday, November 21, 2015. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the Harold and Gladys Mollins. Richard retired from Canada Post as a supervisor of operations after many years of service.
He is survived by one son Scott J. Mollins (Penny) of Moncton; one daughter Heather Steeves of Auburn, Ga. USA; six grandchildren Faith, Selbi, Tanner and Zander and Noah and Olivia Mollins; one sister Pat Geldart (Bob); one brother Mike Mollins (Candy), as well as nieces, nephews and cousins.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by his wife Joan Mollins in 2001 and by a brother Robert Mollins.
Keeping with Richard's wishes no visitation of funeral service will take place.
A Private Family Interment will be at Elmwood Cemetery, Moncton, NB in the spring.
Donations in Richard's memory made to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by his family.
