PATTERSON, ROBERT
Robert William Patterson, 74, of Pembroke NB passed away on Friday, December 11, 2015 at his residence.
Robert was a beloved husband, father, grandfather. A man who knew no bounds or boarders when it came to what he wanted to create, whether it was a place to call home or a family to love and be loved by. He will forever be found within the hearts of his loved ones, his friends, his colleagues. He has left behind a legacy that will always impress and inspire for years to come.
Robert is survived by his wife, Margaret (Stairs) Patterson, children, Esther Sharpe (Gary), Sharon Thomas (Geoff), Roberta Fagan (Hugh), Sherman Patterson (Carla), seven grandchildren; Ryan and Tyler Thomas, Nicholas and Maggie Davidson, Tyson Sears, Kyle and Chelsea Patterson, brothers and sisters, Neil Patterson, Pauline Sharpe (Richard), David Patterson, Brenda Zima (Stan), Sarah Crawford (Archie), nieces, nephews and cousins.
Robert was predeceased by his parents, Donald and Alyce and a stepfather, Martin Surette.
Visitation will be held at The Carleton Funeral Home & Crematorium, 337 Lockhart Mill Road, Jacksonville, NB on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Funeral service for Robert will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from The Carleton Funeral Home Chapel at 2 PM. Interment will be held at a later date.
