1958 – 2015
Robert Long, of Edmonton Alberta, passed away peacefully following a long battle with cancer on December 13,2015. Robert was born in Saint John, N.B on October 14, 1958 and lived his early years in Riverview, N.B.
Robert is survived by his loving family; long time companion Debbie Colford, Edmonton, son Robert Long, Edmonton , daughter Jaimie Pretzlaw, [Rob] of Edmonton, and their daughter, Madisyn. Robert is survived by his mother Patricia [Pat] Long Riverview, brother, Murray Long [Carol], Alma, N.B. And their two daughters Shannon, [Jamie Stewart] of Antigonish, N.S., Michelle Long, Riverview, N.B., brother Rodney Long (Beth) Victoria, B.C and their children Sarah and Marcus. He was predeceased by his Father, Earl Long.
At his request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
The Long family would like to acknowledge the compassionate care shown by all and especially Debbie Colford and a kind neighbour, Bob.
