Walter Roy Toews was born in Saskatoon on April 17, 1948. He passed away in Melfort, SK on December 26, 2015 at the age of 67. A Memorial Service for Walter will be held from the Kerry Vickar Centre, Melfort, SK on Monday, January 4, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.
