Margot Christine RN
Passed peacefully away Friday, January 1, 2016 at the Belleville (Ontario) General Hospital at the age of 75, following a brief illness. Her family is comforted in knowing that Margot passed away in the presence of Cyril (Cy), her devoted and loving husband of 54 years. Margot was born in Greenspond, raised in Clarenville, and was a graduate of the Grace Hospital School of Nursing. She is predeceased by her brother Laurence (Lar). A loving mother to her sons Peter (Janice) and Stephen (Karen) and a proud adoring grandmother to her three grandsons Matthew, Adam and Liam, she also leaves to mourn sisters: Agnes Fennell and Janice Swim (Cleve) and Joan Proctor (partner of Laurence) as well as many nieces and nephews and a wide circle of friends. As per her wishes there will be no visitation or service. Margot loved to play the piano for family and friends. When her ashes are returned to Clarenville this summer, family and friends will gather to share some tunes and fond memories of her.
