It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brian MacDonald on Jan. 1, 2016.
Also known as 'Salty,' Brian was a one of a kind guy who spoke his mind (often with colourful language) and always stood up for what he believed in. Though his mind was stubborn, his heart was generous and his family meant everything to him. He truly was a 'unique cat.'
Brian is survived by his wife, Faye; his three children, Amber (Richard), Craig (Jessica), Holly (Michael); three brothers, Blair, Johnny, Donald; sister, Brenda; and his five grandkids, Autumn, Kiera, Rogan, Haven and Asher, whom he spoiled.
Visitation will be held at Chant's Funeral Home today (Tuesday, Jan. 5) from 2-4 p.m., followed directly by a chapel service, with Rev. Sheldon Chant officiating.
