Passed away on January 05, 2016 at Dr. Walter Templeman Hospital, Bell Island after a courageous battle with Cancer, age 73 year. Predeceased by his parents Mary and Ralph Lahey; brothers Jack, Ralph, Kenneth and Edward; sisters Jean and Dolores. Leaving to mourn his friend and partner of 35 years Carmel; their son Chris, St. John's, and sons Gerard, Ralph and Tim, Ontario; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers James, Brian, Sid, Kevin, Phil, Ray and Andy; sisters Margaret, Linda, Mary and Connie. As he wished Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Pendergast's Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 6 from 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, January 7 at St. Michael's Parish Bell Island, at 10:30 am. Inurnment to take place at the Roman Catholic Cemetery. Reception to follow at St. Michael's Hall.
