The death occurred peacefully at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, of Joseph Tilmon E. Arsenault at the age of 86 years from Le Chez-Nous, Wellington and formerly from St. Chrysostome. He was born in St. Chrysostome, son of the late Étienne and Zélica (nee LeClerc) Arsenault and husband to the late Faustina (nee Gallant) Arsenault. Tilmon is survived by his brother Armand (Normande) of Saguenay, Quebec; sister Soeur Patricia CND of Kingston, Ontario; and sister-in-law Frances. Tilmon is predeceased by his parents and wife, sister Aldona (Jean) Lalonde, Rose Anna Arsenault, and brothers Henri and Edmond (Marie Anne). Resting at the Évangéline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville, until Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2016, then to St. Philippe and St. Jacques Church, Egmont Bay, where funeral mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment to take place in the church cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tilmon’s memory to Le Chez-Nous Ltd. would be greatly appreciated.
