Age 82, passed away after a brief illness at Bridgepoint Hospital, Toronto on Monday, Jan. 4, 2016.
John was born in Glace Bay and was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Annie Farrell; as well as siblings, Audrey, Rita, Levenia, Myles and Michael.
He is the last surviving member of his immediate family and leaves behind extended family members.
Special thanks to George and family for their kindness over the years to John and especially during the last few months.
Cremation has taken place. Interment in Immaculate Conception Parish Cemetery will be held at a later date.
