CROTTY, MARY MARGARET
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Mary Margaret Josephine Crotty (nee Fagan) at the Oromocto Public Hospital on Tuesday Jan 19, 2016. Mary was born in St John’s, NL.
Mary is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Frank; and her daughters, Mary Dundas (Craig), Sheila Crotty and Pam Miles (Blair). Also survived by her grandchildren, Brendan (Sofia), Joey (Sarah), Stephanie (Grant), Travis, Jason; and great granddaughter, Molly. Mary also leaves her sisters, Sheila (Lee), Patricia (Kevin), Kay, Alicia (Aiden); brother, Leo; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Gus, John; and sister Betty. Mary will be dearly missed by all of her family, friends and the local community in which she was so active.
There will be no visitation. A memorial mass will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 11 am with Fr. Lance Magdziak as celebrant. Interment will take place at a later date.
For 46 years she was a proud, devoted, founding member of St Mary’s Parish CWL, CFB Gagetown, NB.
