It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one Clara Howell at her St. John's residence on Tuesday, February 2, 2016. Predeceased by her husband Charles; parents Joseph and Violet Jones; sister Marion Spurrell (Esau). Left with fond and loving memories are her son Fraser (Pam) of St. John's; daughter Cheryl of C.B.S.; brother William Jones (Myrtle) of Brookfield; sister Minnie (John Russell) of Bonavista; grandchildren Natasha (Brian), Ryan (Penny) and Kayla (Chris); great-grandchild Carlie; sisters-in-law Emma Howell and Alfreda Cooze; close friends Susie Wilkins, Yvonne Greening, Kay Norris and the Malloy family; a large number of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Funeral service took place at St. Mark's United Church, Templeman on Friday, February 5, 2016 with Rev. Larry Noseworthy officiating. Interment followed at The United Cemetery, Templeman. As an expression of sympathy donations in Clara's memory may be made to St. Mark's United Church, Templeman or The Diabetes Association of Canada.
