Daniel 'Fraser' MacNeil of Dominion, Cape Breton Co., age 72. It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Fraser MacNeil at home, on Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016.
Born in Glace Bay, he was a son of the late Bernard and Bridget (Fraser) MacNeil.
Fraser lived in Ontario for a number of years, returning home to Cape Breton in 1984.
He is survived by his sisters, Juanita MacDonald, Churchview; Bernadine Campbell, Richmond Hill, Ont.; nephews, Scott Campbell, Richmond Hill, Ont.; Daniel (Hiko) MacDonald, Ottawa, Ont.; Dwayne (Diane) MacDonald, Grande Prairie, Alta.
Besides his parents Fraser was predeceased by his sister, Sandra.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment at a later date in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Bridgeport.
Memorial donations in memory of Fraser may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Nova Scotia or a charity of your choice.
