Frank passed away peacefully February 3, 2016 at the age of 91 in Kelowna General Hospital. Frank was born on September 4, 1924 in Punnichy, SK. Beloved husband of 62 years to Caroline (Herbel) Sebastian. Dearly loved and devoted father of Darlene (Perry) De Wit, Jimmy Dutton, Doug Sebastian, Tanya Schultz, Molly (Blaine) Braaten, Heidi (Stephen) Nykolyn, Lyndon (Dee) Sebastian, Craig (Melodie) Sebastian. Cherished Grampa of Shane, Jason, Vanessa, Renee, Jordan, Jesse, Dustin, Samantha, Zachary, Sydni, Jack, Branden, Evan and Haley. Lovingly remembered by his 12 great grandchildren, his dear sisters Tilly and Kathy and nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his grandson Tyler James Braaten, his brothers Alex, George and John, his sisters Sophie, Anne, Velma, Marge and Gladys.
