Passed away with his family by his side on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at the Health Science Centre, aged 89 years. Leaving with wonderful and loving memories his wife of 61 years Theresa (nee Cashin), daughters Terry Butler-Janes (Ed), Rita Dohonick (Michael), Susie Cardoulis (Nick), Linda Butler-Fox (Brian), grandchildren Shawnie Lane (Boyd), Chrissy McCosham (Evan), Stephen Dohonick, Jordan Zabaneh, Adam Cardoulis (Jennifer), Joe Cardoulis (Nicole), Branden Butler-Fox and Ryan Butler-Fox (Marie), great-grandchildren Nathan, Jacob, Julie, Cole, Josh, Luke, Vanessa, Julie-Ann and sister Blanche Kenway and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Meadow Creek Retirement Centre for making it possible for Jack and Theresa to spend the last two weeks together. Cremation has taken place. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation on Saturday, March 5, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. As per Jack's wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Shriners' Transportation Fund for Crippled and Burned Children.
