Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at the Health Science Centre at the age of 73. He was predeceased by his parents Anita and Arthur Paschke of Oswego, NY (USA). He is survived by his sisters Ann Paschke Hopkins and Fritzi Paschke Irwin; nieces Cindy Whitford, Kimberley Hickie, and Kristen Rushing; nephews Mark Irwin, Andrew Irwin, and Peter Irwin; his best friend Ginger Cross and other friends. At Paul's request, cremation has taken place and no funeral will be held. Donation in his name can be made to the S.O.S. Children's Village.
