CORMIER, GUY
Guy Cormier, 69, of Tipperary Street, Shediac passed away at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC on March 7th, 2016. Born in Shediac on December 10th, 1946, he was the son of the late Armand and Marguerite (Belliveau) Cormier.
Prior to his retirement, he worked as a security guard at the Parlee Beach Provincial Park; he was a former member with the Royal Canadian Air Force and was a member of the Legion Branch 33, Shediac.
He will be sadly missed by his wife of 36 years: Betty Melanson; three daughters: Karen Cormier of South Carolina, Donna Cormier of Moncton and Nathasha Duplessis (René) of Grand-Barachois; four brothers and sisters: Maurice and Suzanne both of Shediac, Raymond of Moncton and André (Wendell) of Summerside, PE; four grandchildren: James, Brandon, Nicholas and Patrick, as well as several nieces and nephews.
By request, there will be no visitation. The funeral service will be celebrated at 396, Main Street, Shediac on Wednesday, March 16th, 2016 at 10:30 am.
In memory of Guy, a contribution to Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
