It is with great sadness the family of Hazel Lillian Jorgensen of Marystown (formerly of Burin) announces her passing at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital, St. John's on March 3, 2016 at the age of 61 years.

Leaving to mourn sons Jamie and Colby (Kristen) of Edmonton, AB; partner Robert Gough and his children Robert Jr., Anita and Laura; one grand daughter; sisters Mabel (Bill) of Creston, Blanche (George) of Port au Bras and Marg (Chester) of Little Bay; brothers Levi (Sheila) of Kitchener, ON, Russell of Port au Bras and Alvin (Bonnie) of Lewin's Cove plus a large circle of other family and friends.

Rev. Terry Caines officiated Funeral service from Serenity Chapel, Burin on Monday, March 7, 2016 with cremation following.
