CLARK, MISS ELAINE S.
The death of Miss Elaine Clark occurred on Monday, March 21, 2016 at the Beacon Hill Villa, Victoria, B.C., following a lengthy illness.
Born in Moncton, N.B., (1928), she was the daughter of the late George and Muriel (Myles) Clark. She was a former member of Highfield Baptist Church and a devout Christian.
She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Elwin Laidlaw (Dorothy), of Dartmouth, N.S., and Mrs. Donald Clouston (Anne) of Moncton.
Elaine received her nursing diploma from Moncton Hospital and continued her education becoming a Public Health Nurse. She retired after many years of service in Public Health in Victoria.
She was musical (violin), artistic, wrote poetry, and loved animals.
The body is resting at the Sands Funeral Home with a private graveside committal to follow at Hatley Memorial Gardens, Victoria, B.C.
