Surrounded by her loving family, Sylvia passed peacefully on March 30, 2016 in Mississauga.
Born in Dominion, Oct. 16, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Antonio 'Tony' and Chiarina Colosimo; also predeceased by her loving husband, Geoff Wilkinson, Mississauga; her sister, Mary; brothers, Peter, Mikey and Orlando.
She is survived by her cherished children, sons, David and Fabian, and her daughter, Laura; her sisters, Norina, Mississauga, Adelina, New Waterford, Candia, River Ryan, Chiarina, Halifax; her brother, Mario, Dominion; also survived by three grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Liliana, Abbey and Ben.
Sylvia loved life, always smiling and a great sense of humour until her final days, a kind heart and feisty spirit, she loved dancing, bingo, bowling, listening to country music, she never gave up on the Maple Leafs or the Blue Jays.
She will be sadly missed by many but not forgotten.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
