Sandy Dorman
May 27, 1929 – April 16, 2016

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Sandy Dorman West announce his passing at the James Paton memorial Health Centre on Saturday April 16, 2016 at the age of 86 years. He was predeceased by his wife Blanch. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his 2 sons: Winston (Joan) of Halifax, NS, Wayne (Bernice) of Logy Bay; 3 daughters: Bonnie (Bruce) of Happy Valley Goose Bay, Gay (Mark) of new Mings, Susan (Harry) or Labrador City; special friend Beryl West; 4 granddaughters: Kilmeny, Cindy, Michelle, Samantha; 6 grandsons: Kyle, Maurice, Charles, Marcel, Tyler, Christopher and many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Friends may visit the United Church, Ladle Cove on Monday April 18, 2016 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Tuesday April 19, 2016 at 2 p.m. with interment to follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made in Sandy’s memory to the Ladle Cove United Church.
