John C. Jobe (Retired Canadian Guard) - entered into rest unexpectedly on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay at the age of 72.
John was the beloved husband of Diane. Loving father of David (Heather), and Debra. Cherished Grandpa of Liam, Owen, Willem, Keagan, Nate and Cam. John is survived by his brothers, Daniel, Laird and Lorne; his aunt, Edie and his uncle, Edison. He will be remembered always by his in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11 a.m. at the Mackey Funeral Home, 33 Peel St., Lindsay (705-328-2721). A reception will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 67, Lindsay, following the service.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
