Beloved husband of Ferne (nee Vessey) and loving father of Colin (Helen) and Lorna (Maurice) Tierney. Grand dad to Nicholas, Emma, Olivia, Leah, Elise (Mitch), Madison, (Tony), Paige and Tait and great-grandfather of Cruze. Brother of Audrey Godfrey, Blois (Edith), Ruth (Joe) Roggeveen, Verna Clow and Jean (Gary) Smith. Brother-in-law of Mary (Mickey) MacPhail, Wendy MacPhail, Gordon (Ethel) Vessey and Lowell (Mary Lou) Vessey.
Predeceased by his parents Victor and Ethel (Ling) MacPhail, brothers Norman and Heath MacPhail, brothers-in-law Harold Godfrey and Bobby Clow.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Sunday from West River United Church, Cornwall at 1:30 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
