Mrs. Elaine Fraser McCartney, born in Sydney, N.S., in 1936, teacher, spouse of Mr. Glen McCartney, passed away in Quebec City on April 27, 2016, at the age of 77. She lived in Valcartier Village.
She was the daughter of the late Willard Fraser and the late Irene Ripley.
She leaves to mourn her husband, Glen McCartney; her daughters, Lisa (Jack Pearson) and Janice (Dale MacCarl); her grandchildren, Pyper Everly and Richard Asher. Predeceased by her sister, Wilma Fraser (Richard Lemieux). She also leaves to mourn her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
