MASON, JOHN ROBERT
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Mason at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital on Friday, April 29, 2016. Born in Jemseg, NB on February 9, 1941, a son of the late George and Olive (Young) Mason.
John was Anglican by faith and a Printer by trade. He was a lover of horses and enjoyed a good card game and country music.
John is survived by a son George “Joey” Mason (Kim); a sister Marion Rosborough of Lincoln; very special nephew Robert “Bob” Rosborough of Hanwell; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Donald and twin sister Jean Duffney.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service for family and friends will be held at St. James Anglican Cemetery Lower Jemseg on Friday May 6, 2016 at 1:00 PM.
