Pye, Everett LeRoy
Everett LeRoy Pye, passed away on May 12, 2016 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on September 7, 1933 in Saint John he was a son of the late William and Elizabeth (Thompson) Pye.
Roy enjoyed fishing, hunting, being outdoors and going for drives. He loved being around family and friends. He was a cherished father and grandfather.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley (Quinlan); children, Steve (Darlene) Pye, Moncton; Diane Pye (Ian Spicer); Barb Reid (Aaron); Bill (Laura) Woodhouse; Joseph (Bernice) Woodhouse; Donna (Robert) O’Donell; Linda (George) Pelletier, all of Saint John; Sherry (Frank) Dixon; Greg (Vicky) Pye, both of Grand Bay; Donald Pye, Browns Flat; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he is predeceased by his first wife, Joanie K. (Stevens); brothers, Harry and Ned; sisters, Katie, Mary, Alice and Winnie.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424), with visiting on Monday, May 16  from 2 to 9 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Church, 21 Canon Street, on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 12 PM. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
