Passed peacefully away on Thursday May 19, 2016 at the L.A. Miller Centre surrounded by his loving family. Paul Douglas Morrissey, age 67, was predeceased by his father William; mother Margaret; Brothers John and Noel Sister Peggy. Leaving to mourn his loving son John-Paul "Jp" (Jenn). Stepdaughter Jill (Greg). Brothers, Bill (Sandy), Brian (Jackie), Gerry (Noelle) and Craig; sisters, Brenda (David), Phyllis (Patrick) and a large circle of nieces nephews and relatives as well as special friend, Rosalind and step mother Dorothy. Paul was a long time serving member of St Patrick's Parish and had many special friends. A special thanks to Dr. Eaton, family physician Dr. Randy Hart and to the staff of the palliative care unit at the L.A. Miller Centre. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place from St. Patrick's Church on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made be made in Paul's memory to the SPCA.
