Seeley, Russell
Russell Arthur Seeley passed away on May 20th, 2016, at White Rapids Manor after a 7 year battle with Alzheimer's. He was born on June 8th, 1939, in Rusagonis, NB, to the late Arthur and Margaret Seeley.
